 Malts and Grains:
  6 lb. 14 oz. British 2-Row Malt 4L
10 oz Baird Crystal 50L
 Adjuncts:
  1 oz. Flaked Barley
 Hop Schedule:
  2 oz. East Kent Goldings 5.0% (90 minutes)
1.5 oz. East Kent Goldings 5.0% (Hop Back)
0.5 oz. East Kent Goldings 5.0% (Dry Hop)
 Yeast:
  Wyeast London ESB Ale #1968
