  10 lb. Belgian Pale Malt
6 lb. Klages Pale Malt
2 lb. Belgian Chocolate Malt
1.6 lb. Belgian Caramunich Malt
 Hop Schedule:
  2.5 oz. Northern Brewer (90 minutes)
 Other:
  1.25 lb. Flaked Barley
4 oz Double Dutch Fudge Coffee (added to 1 qt. cold water for addition to 5 gallons of the batch)
 Yeast:
  Wyeast American Ale #1056
 Specifics:
