2 pounds Carapils
1 pound 75 l v Crystal
 Hop Schedule:
  3.5 oz. Chinook 11.3% at 60 minutes (whole hops)
2 oz. Chinook 11.3% at 30 minutes (whole hops)
2 oz. Cascade 6% at 30 minutes (whole hops)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings 7.3% at 30 min (whole hops)
3 oz. Kent Goldings at finish (whole hops)
1 oz. Hallertauer and 1 oz. Cascade - 2 weeks (whole hops) Dry hop

  Lallimond's Nottingham dry yeast
