 Malts and Grains:
  20 lb. Klages Pale Malt
2 lb. Munich Malt
1.5 lb. Special B Malt
1 lb. Crystal Malt 120L
0.5 lb. Chocolate Malt
 Hop Schedule:
  2 oz. Goldings 5.2% (60 minutes)
2 oz. Fuggles 4.1% (60 minutes)
 Adjuncts:
  3 lb. Candi sugar
 Spices Batch #1:
  6 cardamom pods, ground (10 minutes)
2 cinnamon sticks, ground (10 minutes)
2 tsp. vanilla extract (10 minutes)
1 whole nutmeg, ground (secondary)
1 cinnamon stick, ground (secondary)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (secondary)
 Spices Batch #2:
  0.5 oz. orange peel (10 minutes)
0.75 oz. corriander, ground (10 minutes)
2 whole nutmegs, ground (secondary)
 Yeast:
  Wyeast Belgian Abbey II #1762
